Yoo2Be Networking was founded by ex Sergeant Major,business entrepreneur and inspiring public speaker Andrew O'Connell. Andrew started Yoo2Be Networking because he wanted to start an organisation that gave back to it's members, gave the members a voice on how their meetings and groups were run and introduce a profit share scheme for the members, a way to say thank you for their loyalty and commitment to each other first and Yoo2Be Networking. This is being achieved and in it's 1st year Yoo2Be Networking has helped business owners add growth through new business opportunities to their businesses. The members and groups are growing, with more new groups set to open across the country in 2018. Andrew has always been a team player and put others first, something he learnt in 22 years as a military man in the Army. Andrew has built teams, teamwork and grown leaders in tough and hostile environments and through Yoo2Be Networking brings business Owners together to work as a team, realise their ability and skills and bring the leaders out of them to build successful businesses. The experience and credentials to do this, apart from 22 years exemplary military service as a Sergeant Major, Andrew has also worked as a director at Nestle and runs and owns a successful Training and consultancy business. After a successful 22 year career in the military and working his way through the ranks to Sergeant Major, achieving a position of Operations Director at Nestle within 6 months of leaving the Army and increasing turnover by successfully implementing individual and team strategies, operating his own successful training company and running a business in health & wellbeing, winning trophies for boxing and football and then coaching successful individual boxers and coaching boxing teams and football teams to successful championship victories and silverware, as well as teaching tactics, leadership and management skills for over 15+ years, Andrew knows how to build successful individuals and teams and run successful businesses with a winners mentality, that will help you and your business.

I am an insurance and commercial photographer based in the Midlands. After a long career in academia, engineering and IT both in the UK and overseas, I am now a full-time photographer combining my international business experience with a lifelong love of image making. I do what I do because I was burgled and my family and I lost possessions worth over £10,000. This inspired me to combine my personal experience and my love of photography to provide a unique service to help businesses and families to defend the value of their treasured possessions and assets.
